Our Managing chefs are Prue Leith Academy Graduates and have more than 15 years’ experience in the Food and Hospitality industry; we have worked in Fine dining establishments in London, to Catering companies in Johannesburg. Our Professional Chefs take great pride in each morsel they make and only use fresh and seasonal ingredients whilst we are always looking at incorporating new and exciting menus and ideas.
